How it Works
1. Sign up for Services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete
the signup process on our website. If you have questions you can
give us a call or message us on Facebook.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Scoopin’ Paws team member
will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
Once you sign up for services a Scoopin’ Paws team member will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire process.
4. Link Payment Method
Billing takes place on the 1st of each month, prior to services being provided. You can set up automatic payments using a credit or debit card. Once auto-pay is enabled, Scoopin’ Paws will generate your invoice and email you a receipt. These records are also accessible through the customer portal. If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, your service will be removed from the schedule.

What Happens on Your Service Day?
1. Arrival Notification
Our technicians will send you a “on the way” 60-minute service text before they arrive. Clients do not need to be at home during cleanup visits but we do need easy access to areas that needs cleaned and that any aggressive dogs be kept inside. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
2. Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start picking up the poo! Your technician will walk your yard in a grid pattern multiple time to ensure your yard is clean.
3. Safety Procedure
When your yard is clean your Scoopin’ Paws technician will take and upload a picture of your closed gate. We want to ensure your pets don’t get out of your yard accidentally. Then using a organic, kennel-grade disinfectant the technician will then spray down all of their equipment to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs. We want to maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
4. Pet Waste Disposal
Your pooper scooper will double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can. If you don’t have a trash can the waste will be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home.
